///HOW///
In preparation for each event, we will do a “walk-through” meeting and discuss specific logistics, how you’ll use the space, configuration of tables and chairs, food and beverages served, which of our supplies you will need and how you will arrange to have other equipment delivered and set-up. We have some furniture on-site available for use, including: > Up to 2,500 square feet of space > Use of tables, pedestals and up to 60 white folding chairs > Parking lot for evening and weekend events A member of Swarm staff will be on site during your event to act as a coordinator. Swarm staff will be available to answer all logistical questions regarding the space and to ensure that all guests and workers at the event adhere to Swarm’s site rental rules & regulations (contact us for more information). You must provide your own hosts and persons for set-up and clean-up. Swarm is happy to provide you with caterer references if you need them. |

TESTIMONIALS
“I’m an event planner and hosted a mixer here. I simply can’t say enough about this venue. It is spacious, yet intimate. Perfect setting for a wedding, rehearsal dinner, cocktail or birthday party. There were ample tables, chairs, and even a kitchen area. Staff is on site and very helpful. I highly recommend this venue for any person looking to take their event to the next level.” Erica Ota As an art and design university we are always looking for unique and inspiring venues for our admission events. I was instantly drawn to Swarm for its light-filled gallery of unique work, very professionally curated. The space is perfect for a networking event. Svea was very accommodating and provided great suggestions for rearranging the space for our specific event. The artist studios made a lively backdrop for our presentation space, and gave our group lots to look at and be inspired by throughout the day. The location is perfect Ð easy access to the freeway, yet plenty of parking right in front of the gallery. If youÕre looking for a “hidden gem” venue with lots of character and artistic flair, Swarm has you covered!” Dominique Farrar “Swarm Gallery is a unique place to have a wedding. We had ours there and it was a wonderful experience which our guests still marvel at. We did the ceremony in the front (with chairs the venue provided!) and then had the reception in the back, where guests could peek at works in and around the art studios. Svea, the owner, was very accommodating to our ideas of layout and decoration. Also, there’s plenty of parking and by having the ceremony and reception at the same venue, everyone was able to enjoy the event with ease. Thank you Swarm for helping to make our wedding fabulous!” Gwynnd Maestre
